SS20 Press Day
This October, we hosted our first in-house Press Day at the newly opened boutique in London’s iconic Mount Street. During this fabulous event, we previewed our SS20 collection which is set to launch in the new year. The guest-list included fashion editors from key UK publications and industry influential figures who came to visit the brand in its beautiful Mayfair home.
In addition to this, we were delighted to invite two amazingly skilled craftspeople from our Strathberry workshops in Spain over to the Mount Street boutique. The window of our London flagship store was transformed into a mini-workshop and customers were invited to watch as iconic Strathberry styles were created. The live demonstration was to showcase the skill and attention to detail that our Spanish team put into the creation of each Strathberry bag.
Throughout the event, Duck & Dry were on-hand to offer a custom blow-dry to attendees who also enjoyed freshly-made smoothies from The Honestly Good Smoothie Company.
The upcoming SS20 collection draws inspiration from the colours of the Andalusian capital of Seville with an added equestrian spirit. The vision explores the cherished traditions of the Feria de Abril de Sevilla - the horse fair which, every spring, brings the eclectic Spanish city to life. The upcoming collection will feature fashion forward styles, intricate prints, denim and elegant embellishment achieved through a variety of decorative techniques.
